Which buckle fits my strap?
Start with the nominal strap width, then check the strap type, buckle design, wire grade and diameter, tooling and load requirements. Width and wire diameter alone do not establish a load rating or compatibility. Send the strap specification and a photo of your current buckle so we can review the options with you.
Galvanized or phosphated: what is the difference?
Both are steel wire buckles in the same sizes and cartons. Galvanized buckles are zinc-coated; zinc coating is the usual protection against rust in humid storage and sea freight. Phosphated buckles have a dark, matte phosphate coating.
How many buckles do I need?
One buckle for every strap loop. A pallet with four straps uses four buckles. The calculator on our Systems page turns loads per month into cartons.
Can I order small quantities or mixed sizes?
We sell by the carton. Minimum quantities are confirmed with your quote. Tell us the sizes you need and we confirm how they can be combined.
Where do you manufacture, and can I enquire from outside the UAE?
We manufacture in Turkey and are preparing to open in the UAE, with a local manufacturing facility planned. International enquiries are welcome. Tell us your destination and quantities so we can review supply options, lead time and delivery terms.
Do you provide test reports?
Ask when you request your quote. We confirm what documentation is available for the sizes you order.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Tell us about your market and volumes in a distributor enquiry and we will discuss the options.
